Apex Green Industrial Estate Project has a total project area of 2,191.49 rai, divided into 1,606.16 rai of industrial area and 352.77 rai of utility area. All project areas are in "Purple Zone" that is ready to serve industrial factories engaging in business with convenience, speed, complete utilities and environmentally friendly.
The project requires a substation in an area of approximately 10 rai. There is a water supply system central and wastewater treatment system. There are about 1.5 million cubic meters of treated wastewater and a reservoir for rainwater of approximately about 1.6 million cubic meters to help facilitate the factory operations and prevent environmental impacts.
The project provides security guards to take care of safety within the project area such as makes personnel records of all construction workers who work in the construction area and coordinates to support relevant agencies to have facilitators in sensitive areas that are on the transport route which is close to the project during rush hours.

There are installed of an automatic wastewater quality monitor and pollution monitoring tools in the project area, etc.
